Summer Camp is one of our most popular programs at the Florida Agricultural Museum and is offered to children ages 8-16.
Your child will learn:
· horse safety
· equine behavior
· tacking up
· basic riding skills.
Enrollment is limited to12 campers in order ensure a quality experience. We encourage you to sign up as soon as possible.
Completed registration form with payment is required to ensure a spot in the camp.
A full refund is permitted if notice is given two weeks before the first day of camp.
No refunds can be guaranteed after that unless a standby can take the vacant spot.
All camps are from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday
Session cost is $250 per camper for the Beginner /Intermediate camp
Session cost is $300 per camper for the Advanced Camp
Session cost is $180 per camper for the short camp July 1st.

Session 4 Open June 24-June 28 Beginner/Intermediate Rider (Limit 12 Campers)
Session 5 Open July 1 – July 3 Advanced Riders (Limit 6 Campers)
Session 6 Open July 8 – July 12 Beginner/Intermediate Rider (Limit 12 Campers)
Session 7 Open July 15 – July 19 Beginner/Intermediate Rider (Limit 12 Campers)
Session 8 Open July 22-July 26 Advanced Riders (Limit 6 Campers)
Session 9 Open July 29 to Aug 3 Advanced Riders (Limit 6 Campers)
All campers are required to bring a case of water on the first day of camp. We have a refrigerator for them.
Bring a lunch each day it will not be refrigerated so pack accordingly. Pack extra food as we snack during camp.
Campers should wear sun block and drink water before arriving and throughout the day. It will be hot!
2019 Sessions Itinerary:
Monday – Shorts and closed toed shoes (Introduction / no saddle)
Tuesday – Long pants closed toed shoes (Arena Work, Games, Relay)
Wednesday – Swim Suit with painting clothes (Paint Horses & Sprinklers)
Thursday – Long pants closed toes shoes (Trail Ride & Museum Tour)
Friday – Swim suit - Lake swimming with horses – Bring a Towel and a treat for the Lake Party! Parents and siblings welcome.
